There's no better way to say "I Love You, Sweetie," than with a slice of something decadent from Pie in the Sky. The wide variety of pies and cakes at Puerto Vallarta's favorite bakery will keep your sweet tooth satisfied and score some points with your loved one this Valentine's Day.
"For the lover's holiday we have a special dessert and it's so amazing, you're gonna love it. A heart-shaped chocolate mousse cake and it comes with a variety of heart decorations," says Omar Dosal, who is serving up delights. "On the inside it's creamy chocolate and it is coated with Belgium chocolate, perfect for a chocoholic."
At Pie in the Sky, you can custom order a wide variety of gift baskets and Cake Art selections. These are custom made to your specifications. Pie in the Sky also offers whole cheesecakes, chocolate creations and other sinful sweets, over 30 varieties. You certainly don't need a holiday to relish the decadence, but be sure to order your Valentine's treats early.
"Our most popular dessert is the Beso (kiss). It is a brownie, like no other you have ever tasted. The best way to serve it is by placing it in the microwave for several seconds and when you spoon into it, there is a wonderful, gooey filling," says Omar. "We serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, YUM!"
This full service bakery has two locations in the Banderas Bay area, one in Bucerias at Hero de Narcozari #202.
