Richard Baimbridge, Vallarta's newest and very accomplished yoga instructor, is hosting an OmBirthdayPartySurfYogaThingy this Sunday in Sayulita. The day begins at 9:30 am at Om Yoga-Sayulita for a morning Vinyasa class.
At noon there will be a vegetarian lunch, then at 2 pm Richard, will lead a two hour and a half hour surf class. At 4:30 pm, Richard will teach Acro-Yoga/Thai Massage – a combination of acrobatics, partner yoga and massage - at Om Yoga Studio.
Richard recently studied these disciplines, is the only foreigner ever to have trained at the Shanghai School of Acrobatics, and is the only certified AcroYoga teacher in China (one of just 120 in the world.) At 5:30 pm, Richard's birthday party begins.
Come and enjoy Richard's special day and take advantage of learning from a yogini who has studied with masters such as David Life of Jiva Mukti in New York, Chen-style Tai Chi in Beijing and master yoga instructor Duncan Wong, among others. It might be his birthday - but I think we get the cake!
Adults: $350 pesos per person
18 and under: $300 pesos per person
Little yogini/surfer dudes under 6: Free
Price includes all classes, lunch, snacks, surfing classes and surfboard rentals.
