Mexico Condemns Attack in Northern Ireland

Mexico City - On behalf of the Mexican Government, the Foreign Affairs Secretariat strongly condemned the attack on a military base in Massereene, Northern Ireland that led to the deaths of two members of the British armed forces and seriously wounded four civilians.
By confirming its solidarity with the people and government of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Mexican government repeated its categorical rejection of terrorism in all its forms and expressions, repudiates all kinds of actions against innocent people and hopes for the consolidation of the peace process in Ulster.
