The Puerto Vallarta Yachting and Fishing Charter Association is an energetic and forward-looking company using virtual tours as way of marketing charter boats, in the Puerto Vallarta area.
This organization was developed by David Tarr, a television producer, and Phil Kerr, co-founder and Sport Fisherman in the Banderas Bay for many years. This was in response to a need that was conveyed to him by boat captains and boat owners at the Puerto Vallarta Marina. Namely the need for customers to see exactly what they are getting before they charter a boat so there are no unwanted surprises for the customer.
