In recognition of Mexico's Independence on September 16 people are asked to wear red and green, to all events this month.
August 28th through September 16 Galerias Vallarta will be hosting "Eventos y Promociones Mexicanos;
September 5th at 5:00 p.m. at Galerias Vallarta will be "Traditional Mexican Party Night" where traditional Mexican games will be played like Canicas or Marbles, Loteria or Mexican Bingo, Darts, and many others, prizes will be awarded so bring the whole family and have some good clean fun.
September 6th at 6:00 p.m. Gallerias Vallarta will be "100% Mexican Theme Day", featuring traditional Mexican Dancing, like La Quebradita to Mexican impersonators and much more.
September 12th from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Gallerias Vallarta will be featuring Vintage Day, where classical furniture, flowers, and event planning will be presented.
September 13th at 5:00 p.m. Gallerias Vallarta will get your taste buds frenzied for "Mexican Food Night", with cooking demonstrations and tastings, this is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Gallerias Vallarta will conclude the week on September 16th at 6:00 p.m. with "Fiesta Nacional" Mexico's Independence Day. There will be Mariachi Bands, Dancing, and Candies for the kids; this is guaranteed to be a fun time for all.

All this week Precision Productions has been covering UJENA JAM 2009 the premier Model and Photographer Talent Search Competition. Over $200,000 dollars in cash, prizes, trips, and contracts will be awarded over the week long competition. Models and photographers from all over the world came to participate in this event. Every Thursday and Sunday at the Plaza in City Hall, starting at 5 pm, there will be live Mexican music and dancing.
September 15 downtown on the Malecón Puerto Vallarta will have its official National Party for Independence Day, A fireworks display entitled "The Scream", will be the highlight of the event.
