Celebrate eight years of culinary classics at Daiquiri Dick's. They have assembled a special menu featuring their favorite recipes from past guest chefs, which visited between 2000 and 2008.
Treats from Oaxaca and Asia will be featured until 22 November 2009.
Appetizer selections include:
• Roasted Cauliflower Soup with oyster mushroom confit and topped with white truffle oil
• Crispy Fried Calamari tossed with curried cole slaw
• Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai, steamed Chinese dumplings with pork and shrimp.
Main courses feature:
• Grilled Teriyaki Salmon with braised spinach and Japanese rice
• Grilled, Thick Cut Mongolian Pork Chop served with mashed potatoes and braised red cabbage and topped with Chinese mustard sauce
• Pan Roasted Lemon Rosemary Chicken served with polenta and green chard
Don't forget to leave room for dessert, a Jack Daniel's Chocolate Soufflé Tort with pecans and chocolate sauce."
