Mexican Airport Operator GAP Posts January Passenger Traffic Decrease of 1.7%

 Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico SAB de CV reported on Tuesday that passenger traffic at its airports dropped by 1.7% in January 2010 compared to the same period of last year.
 Domestic passenger traffic at GAP's airports in the month fell by 2.6% compared to January 2009 while international passenger traffic showed a decrease of 0.3%.
 GAP operates 12 airports in the Pacific region of Mexico, including Guadalajara, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, La Paz, Manzanillo, Hermosillo, Guanajuato, Morelia, Aguascalientes, Mexicali and Los Mochis.
