Offering a fun-filled weekend of sports for all ages, the Puerto Vallarta Int'l Sports Classic will be returning to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico from May 7-9, 2010. Now in its 17th year, this year's Sports Classic, presented by Super Farmacias Guadalajara and Xtreme Gel, will include over 1500 participants competing in three sporting events. What? The XVII Puerto Vallarta International Sports Classic, presented by Super Farmacias Guadalajara & Xtreme Gel When? May 7-9, 2010 Where? Sheraton Resort (host hotel) and Hotel Buenaventura Which sports and how many participants? Over 1500 contestants participating in 3 sports: 1. Basketball: Municipal Auditorium (directly across from The Hotel Sheraton) 8 am-9 pm daily Twelve Men's Open Competitive Division basketball teams - four Masters (45 years and over) division basketball teams, former and current Mexican, American and Canadian professional and FIBA international level players in the Open and Master's divisions; Youth Divisions - girls and boys (15 years of age and under.) 2. Bowling: Collage Bowling Lanes - Various categories 3. La Copa Vallarta Soccer Division: 8 am-8 pm daily 150 + top level soccer teams from 6 year-olds to adults.
