Support in Locating Fernández de Cevallos

President Felipe Calderón has been in constant contact with the Attorney General and Secretaries of the Interior and Public Security since early yesterday morning, in order to follow up the investigations to recover Diego Fernández de Cevallos.
Before setting off for the European Union-Mexico Summit and his state visit to the United States, the President instructed the Security Cabinet to continue supporting the authorities and Diego Fernández de Cevallos’ family.
President Calderón also contacted one of Fernández de Cevallos children, who are handling the situation admirably, in order to offer the necessary support to recover Fernández de Cevallos, a leading figure in Mexican public life, former presidential candidate and former National Action Party legislator, as well as a key politician in the Mexican democratic transition.
