Guadalajara, Jalisco - Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico, S.A.B. de C.V. ("the Company" or "GAP") announced today preliminary terminal passenger traffic figures for the month of April 2010 compared to traffic figures for April 2009.
During April 2010, total terminal passengers decreased 0.9% compared to the previous year; domestic passenger traffic decreased 0.4%, while international passenger traffic decreased 1.8% compared to April 2009.
Material Events for the Month
During April, Volaris began to operate the Guadalajara - San Jose, California route, while VivaAerobus initiated operations on the Mexicali - Monterrey route.
