Lucille Shipley Artist Workshops Start Sept. 6 Edwige Pelletier - PVNN August 14, 2010
| Artist Workshops start September 6 in the Gringo Gulch neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta. Artists are invited to participate in informal artistic discussions and receive feedback in a friendly and relaxing environment under the direction of Lucille Shipley, a celebrated local artist. | | For thousands of years artists have been capturing that sublimely perfect moment... from the early cave drawings to Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Monet’s Lilies, or a whimsical abstract by Picasso.
Who knows from whom or where that next perfect moment will be generated. Here in Puerto Vallarta there is a thriving artistic community, which is endeavoring to capture that perfect Sunset... Mariachi Band... Mexican Smile... and many other aspects of the culture here and elsewhere.
If you want to spread your artistic wings, there is a group of like-minded people who will meet weekly starting September 6, 2010 in Gringo Gulch. Artist Workshops are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 am to 3 pm.
No experience is required and you can become a part of this group at any time. You can participate in the informal artistic discussions on ideas and concepts and receive feedback in a friendly and relaxing environment under the direction of Lucille Shipley, a celebrated local artist.
For further guidance and information please call Lucille at (322) 222-1697.
