The Apple Awards were implemented by Apple Vacations in 1979, monitoring customer evaluations on their VSQ Satisfaction Questionnaires. They were the pioneers in this type of questionnaire. The Crystal Apple Award is one of the most coveted honors in the travel industry, and is chosen by hundreds of thousands of vacationers from Apple showing complete satisfaction on the questionnaires and feedback to Apple Vacations, thus providing an honest and reliable platform to help future travellers to plan their vacation with confidence.
The Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board earned this important recognition based on over 300,000 passengers who completed the questionnaire and made a special mention of Puerto Vallarta, recognizing the exceptional quality of tourism and services that Vallarta offers.
Many congratulations to the people of Puerto Vallarta and its tourism industry.
