U.S. Consular Agency Vallarta is seeking for a Consular Assistant with the following qualifications:
• Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Two years education beyond high school (Attach a copy of college transcripts or diploma to the application.)
• 2 years experience in a professional office environment
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Typing at minimum 40 wpm in English)
NON-NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS: Must present a TOEIC or TOEFL taken within the last two years with a minimum score of 850/620 respectively. Tests are accepted from the Instituto Cultural México-Norteamericano de Jalisco, A.C. Enrique Díaz de León Sur 300 in Guadalajara, Jal. Tel: 3825-5838 or any authorized testing center. (Test’s fee is the applicant’s responsibility.)
CANDIDATES WITH SPANISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE: A Test score of Spanish language confirming the required level, which was taken within the last two years, is required.
