Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - On Sunday, April 17, 2011, a flash mob broke out at Los Arcos Amphitheater to send a message to the world that Puerto Vallarta is safe and to encourage new vacationers to visit the beautiful Mexican Riviera port city and to welcome back past travelers.
The highly anticipated video was first uploaded to the popular Dailymotion site at dai.ly/k2IQHD on April 27, 2011 and event organizers encouraged everyone to share the video and leave comments to help the video go viral.
Today, the PV Flash Mob video was posted on YouTube. In order to successfully promote the YouTube Flash Mob Dance, we need all of our friends and people who love Puerto Vallarta to set up a YouTube account and help spread the word.
We need to head off inaccurate headlines that have recently surfaced about the safety of traveling to Puerto Vallarta. Despite the economic downturn up North, 22 million foreigners safely visited Mexico last year. We need some GOOD press so that more people will discover that Puerto Vallarta REALLY IS a safe and welcoming destination.
Why Do You Need a YouTube Account?
Just having views of the video will not accomplish anything for the place we love. We need you to view the video, rank it (5 stars) and to post comments. The more "conversation" and higher rank will help it to go viral.
Why is Going Viral Important?
It means that millions (we hope!) of people will see the video and get a feel of how AWESOME Puerto Vallarta is! Also, please share the video with your Facebook Friends. Tweet it on Twitter - send out an email to your contact list. Sharing is caring, Peeps! Let’s spread the Love!
