Every week through August you can savor the flavors from countries around the world. This week, send your tastebuds to Thailand for just $299 pesos.

A Taste of Thailand - June 22 - June 27
Select one item from each part of the menu, or select one starter and one entree item and substitute your dessert for a national drink or glass of house wine.

Appetizers

• Steamed Mussels with Chipotle-Lemongrass Broth - The mussels are steamed in white wine and lemongrass with Thai "salsa negra" made with chipotle chile and basil

• Pork and Shrimp Siu-Mai (Chinese Dumplings) - Traditional Chinese style steamed dumplings, served with spicy citrus-soy dipping sauce.

• Lemongrass infused Coconut Shrimp Soup - Country style Thai soup, made with shrimp, fresh lemongrass and coconut milk

Entrées

• Wok Fried Pad Thai Noodles with Shrimp - Done in the traditional manner with dried shrimp, peanuts, tamarind sauce and eggs

• Thai BBQ Chicken - over Spicy Papaya Salad and Coconut Jasmine rice

• Grilled Sea Bass in Green Curry Sauce - Thick, sweet and spicy green curry and Thai eggplant, served over Jasmine rice

Desserts

• Vanilla-Ginger Crème Brûlée

• House Gelato

• Fresh Young Coconut Crème Caramel

The Summer Sizzle dinner menu starts at 5 pm. Enjoy a spectacular ocean view, sunset and a Taste of Thailand, this week at Daiquiri Dick's. Next week features the flavors of American Independence.
