Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Enjoy some light fare during the hot summer season at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant on Playa Los Muertos. The restaurant's special Summer Sizzle Menu, which continues through the end of August, is a refreshing addition to their regular menu.

From June 15-20th Spanish tapas take center stage on Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu. Select two from ten tempting tapas plus one of three desserts all for only $299 pesos.

Choose from Crostini, Steamed Mussels with white wine and Pernod, Bruschetta, Spanish-style Frittata, Tequila and mustard glazed Chicken Skewers, Homemade Chicken Sausage or Vietnamese Spring Rolls with shrimp and Hoisin sauce, just to name a few.

Desserts include Coffee Creme Brulee, House Gelato or orange infused Vanilla Flan. No sweet tooth? No problem, substitute one national drink or a glass of house wine for the dessert course.
