Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - If you're still suffering from holidays hangover, brace yourself: Puerto Vallarta's Mardi Gras Parade is back, and it's bigger.
This year's Carnaval celebration kicks off Tuesday, March 4th at 9:00 pm. The glittery, bead-hurling parade begins at Parque Hidalgo and travels south along the Malecón through 'Old Town' and Olas Altas.
Students of Alas Escuela de Canto, have been named Grand Marshals of the 2014 Mardi Gras festivities. These rising stars, under the direction of Kharla Barragan, have recently performed at Puerto Vallarta's The Voice at ACT II, PVMC's concert at Teatro Vallarta and Concierto de Amor.
