Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - The "Pinnicular" - a new funicular by Pinnacle Properties connecting Olas Altas with upper Púlpito street - is scheduled for completion at the end of November 2014. Work began in September 2014 and all the neighborhood is anxiously awaiting its arrival.
Since the spring of 2014, residents and locals have been shuttled from Signature to the corner of Rodolfo Gómez and Olas Altas by the Pinnacle golf cart. But by the end of November 2014, the Pinnicular will be fully operational for everyone to use. It will be a beautiful addition to the city of Puerto Vallarta and the Romantic Zone.
Electrically powered, the Pinnicular is coming from a company in Guadalajara called PARALIFT. They have a great reputation having supplied funiculars in other parts of Mexico, including Acapulco and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. PARALIFT’s products are engineered to withstand tropical climates and oceanfront living. The company provides a 1 year warranty, and will be under contract to service the Pinnicular every 6 months. These were large factors leading to the decision to choose PARALIFT for the project.
Besides the Pinnicular, the developers have also initiated dramatic improvements to the upper portion of Calle Púlpito. Currently half of the street has been finished with a beautiful stamped concrete design, and all of the electrical wiring has been moved underground. In its place stands brand new street lights, a new sidewalk with pebble inlay mirroring the new Malecon design, and storm sewers for all the summer rain.
A second project, Residences by Pinnacle, is almost complete. Located behind Signature, Residences will feature beautiful finishings and incredible panoramic views. However, what will set Residences by Pinnacle apart is the absolutely stunning rooftop pool. Without a doubt, the best common area in Zona Romantica!
Visit the model suites and the rooftop pool from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and on Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. Call 322-113-0221 or visit pinnaclepv.com to make your appointment today.
