Forever Plaid - Forever Gay

In celebration of Vallarta Pride Week, the box office hit, Forever Plaid, is going gay for one show only on May 19th at 7 pm. That's right - The Plaids are going Gay for Vallarta Pride, and this show promises to be a hoot! During the rehearsal process all involved would say OMG this is so gay! So The Plaids are going to go where no Plaid has ever gone before... they are running with all the Gay undertones of the show. What happens when a boy band tragically dies by being hit by a bus full of virgin nuns before they can COME OUT? What happens when they are given the chance to do the show they never got to do while they were alive? Will they proclaim the love they feel for each other? Bob's Karaoke Party Goes Gay

Act II Entertainment's popular Wednesday Night Karaoke Party is also going gay for Vallarta Pride 2015 on May 20th. This is a great way to have some laughs and hear some local talent in the air-conditioned comfort of the Encore Lounge. The fun starts at 8:00 pm, but Happy Hour starts at 6:00, so come early for some two-for-one cocktails that'll warm up your vocal chords! What is more, Encuentros Pizza offers a half priced munchies menu from 6-8 pm, so you don't need to worry about making dinner plans!

ACT II Entertainment Serves the Community

Sponsoring Vallarta Pride 2015 is just one of the many ways that Act II Entertainment serves our community. In addition to being 'home' to countless performers, Act II is also home to the Puerto Vallarta Writers Group (Saturday's at 10:00 am); the PVMC - Puerto Vallarta Men's Chorus (Mondays at 6:30 pm); the Paradise Community Church (Sunday Services at 10:00 am); and now through the end of June, the Act II education program has begun its Young Actors' Workshop directed by acclaimed director and actor, Anthony St Martin.
