HOT OFF THE PRESS!

Never before have so many people begged us for a repeat performance of a Red Room show. Well, you asked, and we listened! Act II is excited to confirm that Gabe Arcineaga, currently starring as "Dr. Frankenfurter" in The Rocky Horror Show, will present his highly-successful The Gabest Show on Earth on Monday, February 12, and Monday, February 19 at 7:30 pm.

Last summer, Act II created the "Spotlight on Vallarta" series of cabaret acts, which highlighted the local talent of Puerto Vallarta. Arcineaga presented the astounding "The Gabest Show on Earth!" and THRILLED each of his sold-out audiences! This theatrical triumph, which was produced, directed, and co-written by the fabulous Alfonso Lopez, was filled with beautiful music, poignant stories, incredible comedy, exuberant dancing and lots of GOSSIP about his days of touring with "Cuchi-Cuchi" Charo! This show is actually one of the most talked about shows in Act II Entertainment history.

A relative newcomer to Puerto Vallarta, Gabe moved here from Texas. With his extensive theatrical background, he was immediately cast as the lead character of Richard Hannay in Act II's production of 39 Steps, as well as George Bailey in It's a Wonderful Life! He is now thrilling audiences with his critically-acclaimed performance as Dr. Frankenfurter in The Rocky Horror Show.

The Rocky Horror Show

He has had the pleasure of appearing with Whitney Houston, Reba McEntire, Chaka Khan, Vanessa Williams, Brandy, Usher and Olivia Newton-John, among many others. This "Jersey Kid" from Toronto, Canada, managed to create a big fuss up in Canada as a finalist in Canadian Idol. Shortly thereafter, he created a "big fuss" in Puerto Vallarta, too, as we fell in love with this wonderful, new singing sensation! He has become an international star and is much in demand in Mexico, Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Paul's vocal range has been compared to the great crooners of the American songbook, and especially the high vocal range of Frankie Valli. It is no wonder that this artist chose to present the music of The Four Seasons for his show, including Dawn, Rag Doll, Can't Take My Eyes Off of You, and Walk Like a Man. Paul handles the Frankie Valli songs as if Frankie Valli himself was on stage singing them in his early years on The Ed Sullivan Show!
