Free Entertainment on the Malecón

Every year, thousands of tourists from Mexico and around the world meet in Puerto Vallarta to ring in the New Year in this beautiful city. As the sun starts to set on December 31st, thousands of people head downtown to enjoy the free entertainment that's performed on the stage that's set up near El Faro (the lighthouse) on the Malecón. This year's lineup starts with Arcano at 8:00 pm, followed by Mariachi Real de America at 10:30 pm, and Grupo Versatil Ahi Ná Má at 11:30 pm. As midnight approaches, everyone starts looking for the best place to enjoy the Espectacular Piromusical, a spectacular fireworks and musical presentation that welcomes the New Year - Vallarta Style! Ahi Ná Má will return to the stage at 12:10 and, at 1:00 am, Lalo y Tigre y su Invasion Norteña will bring the celebrations to a close. *Schedule and acts are subject to change.
