Third Annual Vallarta Ceviche & Aguachile Festival

Puerto Vallarta restaurants are busy preparing to serve the 1500 people expected to attend the 3rd Festival del Ceviche y Aguachile at Lazaro Cardenas Park. On Friday, Jan. 27 from 12-6 pm, visitors can try different styles of two of the city's most traditional dishes at reasonable prices.
 XIII San Blas International Migratory Birds Festival

The XIII International Migratory Birds Festival will be celebrated in San Blas from January 29 to February 5, 2017. This year's program offers a variety of activities aimed at encouraging culture, the arts and, above all, the preservation of the environment with a special focus on birds.
Annual Charity Chili Cook-Off Returns to El Rio BBQ

Puerto Vallarta's American Legion is sponsoring their fifth annual Charity Chili Cook-Off featuring more than 20 recipes from a range of sponsors and live music by local bands. This always popular event will be held on Saturday, February 25 from 1-5 pm at El Rio BBQ in Paso Ancho.
