El Tigre Golf Course at Paradise Village El Tigre was designed by highly respected Robert von Hagge and Rick Baril of the Texas firm of Robert von Hagge, Smelek and Baril, creators of several or the world's top-ranked courses. The par-72 championship PGA-rated course plays to 7,200 yards and features several lakes, a meandering creek and diabolically placed bunkers and swales, framed by the Sierra Madre Mountains in the distance. The course is currently being managed by Troon Golf, operators of more than 50 international courses, including nine of the Top 100.

Hole 15 (Par 3) A deceptive little par three which, although of modest length, will ask you to select your lofted iron carefully. The green is wide, yes, but oh so shallow! |
|
Hole 16 (Par 4) Now begins von Hagge and Baril's famous finishing holes. This one is a dogleg right, around a lake, so hit your tee shot to the left side. Your approach will be crucial here, as you're hitting to a peninsula green. | |
