The expected return could land at Puerto Vallarta, Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco or the Tijuana border. What is confirmed is that his opponent will be Colombia's Evert Bravo, and the event will be televised by Azteca 7.
Chavez Jr. (50-3-1, 32 KO's), former WBC middleweight world champion, will fight at super middleweight, and will return to the ring for the first time since his loss to Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, in May 2017 in Las Vegas - which took place at a catch-weight of 164.5 pounds.
