Manual for Mexican Migrants - Guía del Migrante Mexicano
La Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores

 YOUR RIGHTS
Not to be beaten or insulted.
 Not to be held incommunicado.
To ask for a receipt, so that you can reclaim your belongings if they are taken from you.
Any violation to these rights is important to inform it to your lawyer or the person representing the Mexican consulate who visits you, or in the closest delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Mexican territory.
If you want more information and you live in Texas, the United States or in the cities of Acuña and Coahuila listen to “la ponderosa” on the radio AM 1570.
