Both Mexican president Vicente Fox and the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE) are next on the list, with 6.9 points.
Confidence in the elected members of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies increased to 6.3 points and 6.1 points respectively.
Mexican voters chose their new president on Jul. 2. On Sept. 5, the TRIFE declared that National Action Party (PAN) candidate Felipe Calderón was the winner with 36.68 per cent of all cast ballots, followed by Andrés Manuel López Obrador of the Democratic Revolution Party (PRD) with 36.11 per cent.
