Are you worried about getting the Flu this year? Then stop by Hospital Cornerstone, where Flu shots will be given on October 9th and 10th for just $350 pesos each. It's easy, it's inexpensive and there's no appointment necessary - so no excuses!
This year, for your convenience, flu shots will be given in the first floor Meeting Room at Hospital Cornerstone. (Enter through the Main Reception area.) Here's everything you need to know...
• When?
Monday October 9th, 2006
9 am-1 pm and 3 pm-7 pm
Tuesday October 10, 2006
9 am-1 pm and 3 pm-7 pm
• Where?
The first floor Meeting Room at Hospital Cornerstone. (Enter through the Main Reception area.)
• How Much?
$350 pesos each ($50 pesos less than last year!)
Cash only.
• Do I Need an Appointment?
No. Just come to Cornerstone Hospital on Oct 9th or 10th between 9 am-1 pm or 3-7 pm.
• Requirements?
You will need to fill out a brief informational form and registration. Nothing else!
