Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Good news for Puerto Vallarta computer users - soon there will be free Internet access available in the downtown area, including the Plaza Principal and the new Malecón.
This service will also be available in several parts of the city and in the squares of Pitillal, Lazaro Cardenas, Las Juntas and at Vallarta's new City Hall facilities currently being built in the Portales neighborhood, which, when completed, will also include a first-aid station.
On the subject of free Internet services in areas around the city, Mayor Resendiz Gonzalez explained, "Telmex will expand access for users from thirty minutes to two hours, granting users free access without asking for passwords."
