Update: For various reasons beyond her control, Lea DeLaria will not be able to participate in the 2015 Vallarta Pride festivities as scheduled. The Organizing Committee held an internal meeting and announced on May 19 that for the first time, two Grand Marshals will be leading the gay pride parade: Andrew Christian & Morgana.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The Vallarta Pride 2015 list of events just keeps on growing! The festival kicks off this Sunday, May 17th at 6 pm with the March against Homophobia and doesn't end until Sunday, May 24th with the International Film Festival sponsored by Ron Morgan Properties at Mantamar Beach Club.

Pulpito Drag Derby - May 21, 2015 at 5 pm
Larger-than-life musical talent Amy Armstrong has been added as Emcee/Entertainer for this year's Pulpito Drag Derby. Amy will be accompanied by equally talented Bohemia Viva, a.k.a. the "dynamic duo," Andrea and Luis. Ten of Puerto Vallarta's hottest men will be entering Vallarta's Next Top Underwear Model Contest. Contestants will appear in street clothes, show off their talents with emcee Amy Armstrong, and model Andrew Christian swimwear. Andrew Christian himself will be the special guest judge, and the winner could get a photo feature in an upcoming edition of GAYPV Magazine.

Sexy Hard Beats Pride Party - May 22, 2015 at 11:00 am
Enjoy a day at the beach, complemented by a mix of disco music with a twist of deep house by local DJs 'Hard Sexy Beats' at Mantamar Beach Club.

Andrew Christian Fashion Show - Friday May 22, 2015 at 7:30 pm
If you like runway style fashion shows, the Andrew Christian Fashion Show by Resorts by Pinnacle at Mantamar Beach Club is for you! It's family-friendly and open to everyone! Andrew Christian does not always make personal appearances at fashion shows, but he will be there with 4 international models, plus local store Amsterdam is also participating. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7:30 pm. Tickets start at $20 USD and can be purchased online at gaypv.com. The Pride Parade - May 23, 2015 at 5:00 pm
Join the thousands who will be watching the famous Gay Pride Parade! Grand Marshall Lea Delaria will lead the parade from the Sheraton and wind its way through town to Olas Altas.

The Party After the Parade - May 23 at 6 pm
Lazaro Cardenas Park is the place to be after the parade. Food, Music, and fun, Fun, FUN! This year's Pride committee has prepared a "line up" of talent that will give voice and presence to Vallarta Pride, including singers, YouTubers, artists, transvestites and DJs, starting with one of the best in Vallarta, DJ Marko. The highlight includes a stage for live performances with local, national and international talent, presenting an entirely musical event, figuring names like; The Black Diamond Diva Divine, Twin Vallarta, Juan Pablo Hernandez, Victoria Volkova, Loyola, Luis Roberto Perez, La Supermana, and "La Prohibida" who is coming from Spain to present her latest studio album and the best of her repertoire. the closing act will be provided by the world famous DJ, Jose Spinnin, who will for sure make us all dance. A variety of attractions will attest to the diversity of this festival, with exhibit booths featuring businesses, food and beverage. This event will be one of the most memorable of Vallarta Pride 2015.
