As part of their Every Tuesday Night Film series, the Costa Banderas Chapter of Democrats Abroad Mexico is proud to present next week's movie, 'Take Me,' a 2017 American screwball comedy directed by Pat Healy and written by Mike Makowsky. The story centers around Ray Moody, a fledgling entrepreneur who specializes in high-end simulated abductions. He jumps at the chance when a mysterious client contracts him for a weekend kidnapping with a handsome payday at the end. But the job and his target - business consultant Anna St. Blair - may not be all that they seem. This quirky little comedy about the very serious matter of kidnapping may not look funny to anyone at first, but it delivers thrills, mystery, and a few good laughs.
Take Me will be shown at The Jazz Foundation in downtown Puerto Vallarta on December 5th at 7:00 pm. Advance tickets to the movie screening can be purchased after 6:00 pm daily at the Jazz Foundation for a donation of 60 pesos. On screening days, tickets can be purchased at the door for 70 pesos. Please come early (doors open at 6 pm) and enjoy fantastic food and drinks before the film starts. The Jazz Foundation is located on the 2nd floor of Calle Allende #116 overlooking the Malecón in downtown Puerto Vallarta. For more information, send an email to
