 A Mexico City man was probably wishing he'd chosen a faithful dog for a pet when he was stopped at an alcohol checkpoint last weekend. Officers reported that as the man got out of his car to be tested, the parrot riding with him started chirping, 'he's drunk, he's drunk.'
