Thank you for the wonderful dining experience at your restaurant. My friend, Nancy, and I were in Puerto Vallarta for the first time two weeks ago. We consulted many travel guides and locals to find the best dining experiences there. Your restaurant was recommended many times and we ended up at your restaurant Saturday February 3 for lunch and again Tuesday February 6. We found the food excellent and the staff professional and yet friendly. Hope to see you next February!Elizabeth M. Ehresman |

My husband and I were in Puerto Vallarta March 11-18 and ate at your place twice for lunch. I had the Seafood enchiladas and have to say it was the best meal I had the entire week we were there. We plan to return next winter and we will definitely return for more than one meal. The service and quality was absolutely wonderful. The staff are all so friendly and helpful too.Rilla & John Kaupisch, St. Louis, MO |

My wife and I had dinner at La Palapa last Friday evening. It was an outstanding experience. The presentation and the food was superb. Our wedding consultant is going to be making reservations at La Palalpa for our wedding dinner. Your menu looks wonderful and I was wondering (only because my fiance has allergic reactions to some sauces) if the chef can accommodate how he would like his food prepared. Thank you - and we look forward to visiting your restaurant.Nadine |

We are traveling on a Princess Cruise. We spent time at your restaurant several years ago and had the best evening! It is my birthday and I have planned for all my friends on the cruise to join with me in celebrating my birthday lunch at La Palapa. If the weather is nice, we would like to be on the beach. If it isn't we would like to be inside but at a table looking right out on the beach! I can hardly wait! Thanks!Maria Miller |

I will never forget having "Divorced Eggs" at La Palapa - had them every day for a week. The food is wonderful and the restaurant beautiful. I would especially love to know how I could get some of the beautiful blue glasses you have on every table. Is there a place I might buy them and have them sent to me in the US?Sandra |

I spent 16 of the most pleasant days of my life in Puerto Vallarta last month, and I had lunch at your fine place 12 of those days. Your restaurant is well repesented by server, Alejandro, his kindness, good humor and great service was the key to our excellent time. To use his phrase - PERFECTO! You are quite lucky to have such an excellent employee. Thank you so much. We shall return to see you soon. Best WishesMark Patton and Patrick Lucas |

La Palapa Captures Three "Best of Puerto Vallarta" Awards
In a recent online survey conducted by virtualvallarta.com, La Palapa Restaurant and Beach Club was selected by tourists and residents alike as the "Most Romantic," "Best Outdoor Dining," and "Best Sunset Dining" restaurant in Puerto Vallarta and all of Banderas Bay.
This year's "Reader's Choice" winners were selected by people who filled out an online voting form at virtualvallarta.com between February 1 and June 15, 2005. Overall, more than 11,000 votes were submitted — almost three times as many as last year. Thirty one percent of the voters were "locals," and 66% identified themselves as visitors.
Puerto Vallarta, and the entire Banderas Bay, includes some of the finest restaurants found in Mexico, so the competition was fierce, but the survey says that La Palapa Restaurant and Beach Club remains one of Vallarta's favorite places for locals and visitors to enjoy excellent food in a casually elegant atmosphere.
