Superior Tours Vallarta Special Packages to Cuba

November 14, 2012

There are not many countries in the world that are as unique as Cuba. Visiting a country without Starbucks on every corner, no McDonalds, or hardly even a Coca Cola is a very different kind of experience.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - On a recent visit to Havana, Cuba, owner Astrid Van Dam, made special contracts with hotels all over the island.

"Cuba is a different world, it`s like going back in time," Astrid remarked, "when walking around Havana, the combination of amazing architecture, the old cars, and the music that you hear everywhere - it's like you're in a movie, or in a Ernest Hemingway Novel. Now is the time to visit Cuba. "Who knows how much the country will change in the near future."

There are not too many countries in the world that are as unique as Cuba. Visiting a country without Starbucks on every corner, no McDonalds, or hardly even a Coca Cola is, well, a very different kind of experience. Old Havana, especially the Parque Central, the Capitolio, and the famous Obispo Street, will impress anyone.

For some people Havana is the most European-like City in the Americas. It has a lot in common with some cities in the Southern part of Spain, however, the "El Morro Castle", the Malecon, and the modern "Vedado" (downtown) area are so unique, that Havana can`t be compared to any other city in the world.

"Cuba is definitely not for everybody; either you'll love it or you will hate it," Astrid says, "you need patience for everything. Even when you order food, it can take a long time. If you are looking for a destination with hundreds of restaurants with any type of food, Cuba might not be your first choice. However, if you are interested in culture, museums, architecture, music, old cars, and history, this is the place that you just have to visit."

Superior Tours has contracts with hotels all over Cuba. "I recommend to people who are interested in going to Cuba for the first time, that they spend a week in Havana. That will give them time to see all of the highlights of the city and a bit of the surroundings, including de Valle de Viņales, or the beaches. This way you can get used to Cuba - the currency, the people, the nature - and if you like it, on a second visit, you can always visit other towns, like Santiago de Cuba. Just visit the island before everything changes!"

Superior Tours Vallarta offers packages to Cuba, and right now they are running a special - flying with Aeromexico, with a quick lay-over in Mexico City. You can be in Havana in less than 5 hours when you leave from Puerto Vallarta.

Superior Tours arranges your flight, your hotel, the transfer to the hotel, your visa and travelers insurance, and yes, for any nationality. Do you have questions about Cuba? Both Astrid and Thalia have been there recently, and can tell you all about it. Send an email to astrid(at)superiortoursvallarta.com, or thalia(at)superiortoursvallarta.com.
