Served Sunday, May 10th from 10 am to 3 pm. $215 pesos

Starters

• A Mimosa or Bloody Mary
• Orange Juice and Coffee or Tea and a Pecan Cinnamon Roll

First Course - Your choice of:

• Banana Foster Crepes, Chocolate Sauce, Whipped Cream
• Mixed Berry Parfait with Yogurt, Granola and Honey

Second Course - Your choice of:

• Eggs Benedict with Cajun Style Fried Oysters served over house made English Muffins with Hollandaise Sauce

• Machaca with Eggs, Poblano Chile, Onions and Tomatoes, served with Refried Beans and Corn or Flour Tortillas

• Chilaquiles with Red or Green Sauce, and Choice of Grilled Chicken Breast or Eggs served with Refried Beans

• Beef Tips with Ranchero Sauce served with Refried Beans, Guacamole & Tortillas

• Fried Eggs with Traditional Mole, with Refried Beans & Hash Brown Potatoes

• Egg White Omelet with Panela Cheese, Sautéed Corn, Zucchini, and Cherry Tomatoes, with Hash Brown Potatoes
