Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Act II, in its effort to provide top-quality, year-round entertainment to the Puerto Vallarta community, has created a brand-new summer series called "Spotlight On Vallarta." Designed to highlight the incredible talent of people who live full-time in Puerto Vallarta, this series is being presented in The Red Room.

Spotlight's first show, "The Gabest Show On Earth" opened on Thursday, June 15 to a very excited, sold-out audience! Gabe Arcineaga, the handsome and talented man that many will remember from his incredible singing performances in the Encore Lounge last season, totally lived up to his promise of delivering an incredible show!

This theatrical triumph, which was produced, directed and co-written by the fabulous Alfonso Lopez, was filled with beautiful music, poignant stories, incredible comedy, exuberant dancing and lots of gossip about his days of touring with Charo! People were riveted to their seats and could not believe the sheer amount of talent this man has.

Gabe is a relative newcomer to Puerto Vallarta, having moved here from Los Angeles in October of 2015. In addition to his incomparable singing skills, Gabe is also a talented actor. In fact, he played the lead role of 'Richard Hannay' in Act II's production of Alfred Hitchcock's classic spy thriller, The 39 Steps earlier this year.

Gabe's new cabaret show, "The Gabest Show On Earth," is such a hit that he will be presenting it again on Thursday, June 29, at 7:30 pm in The Red Room.
