Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The Boutique Theater continues its wildly popular educational discussions, "TED Talk Tuesdays" every other Tuesday from 9-11 am throughout the 2017-2018 season.
"TED Talk Tuesdays ... they just keep getting better and better," says Trish Hudson, of Puerto Vallarta. "I love how I learn about different people here in PV, and the incredible things they are doing to make lives better, and more interesting, for all of us."
Marcella Castellanos will step up to the microphone on December 19. Her topic is, "Revitalize Your Energy, Recharge Your Life: Five ways to lose weight, gain energy, and feel 10 years younger."
A favorite friendly personality in Puerto Vallarta, Marcella is a native of Paso Robles, California. She holds a degree in journalism from San Francisco State University. A former personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she is certified as a health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
She was inspired to help others find their paths to wellness, after she learned how to help her body heal itself, naturally, from recurrent gall bladder attacks.
Marcella enjoys helping people shed unwanted pounds, and regain vitality and youthfulness. She hosts healthy living meet-ups, offers weight loss coaching on- and off-line, and organizes health and wellness workshops and retreats.

Each week, an "interesting person" living in Puerto Vallarta shares his or her expertise and insights, on a variety of socially relevant topics.
Each talk concludes with a half-hour interactive discussion, in which audience members may make comments and ask questions of the speaker. Most presentations will be accompanied by slide illustrations and other media.
Audience-goers are encouraged to remain after the presentations, to cultivate friendships and continue discussions, during a no-host lunch. The Boutique Theater is located upstairs at Nacho Daddy, a popular restaurant, bar and music venue, at 287 Basilio Badillo on Vallarta's south side. Its "Mex-Tex" menu includes such favorites as Tortilla Soup, Steak Nachos, and Chicken Fajitas.
Tickets cost $250 pesos each. While tickets may be remaining at the door for presentations, some ticket-seekers had to be turned away last year. Advance ticket purchases are recommended, from btpv.org, or at the box office.
