An Amuse Bouche of garlic confit with mango chutney and bell pepper served with plain crostini captures the essence of the festival. As you spread the warm, roasted garlic on top of freshly baked crostini then spoon over the slightly spicy mango chutney, you'll begin to understand why this one-of-a-kind dining experience is a such a highly-anticipated annual event.
