Chef/Owner Andres Rupprechter opened the restaurant 23 years ago in two separate spaces. Espresso Bar, on the corner of Olas Altas and Manuel Dieguez, and the main dining room at 380-B Olas Altas. Los Arcos Hotel sits between these two establishments.
