As the high season begins to wind down, you might find yourself with more time to relax and enjoy the good life. And since dining out is a big part of Puerto Vallarta's attraction, you'll be glad to know that Restaurant Week is just around the corner!
For the third year in a row, some of the most recognized restaurants in Puerto Vallarta will once again be offering you the chance to sample the culinary talents of some of Puerto Vallarta's finest chefs - for a fraction of the normal price - during Vallarta Lifestyles' Restaurant Week 2007.
During this special gourmet celebration, scheduled to take place from May 15th-31st, participating Puerto Vallarta restaurants will be serving special three-course menus at the fixed price of either $149 or $249 pesos per person, not including beverages or tips.
During this 17-day gastronomical celebration, participating restaurants are offering diners three choices for each course [appetizer, entrée and dessert.] Many venues will also be featuring live entertainment to enhance your dining pleasure.
Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week 2007 is organized by Viva Productions with the support of local municipal authorities, Puerto Vallarta’s tourism bureau (FIDETUR), and Hotel and Motel Association, as well as Vallarta Opina, Radio Acir, and the 36 participating Puerto Vallarta restaurants, including:
And, since Vallarta Restaurant Week is quickly becoming one of the city's most popular annual events, some of the finest hotels in Puerto Vallarta, including Casa las Brisas, Hacienda San Angel, Presidente Intercontinental, Marriott CasaMagna and Villa Premier, will be offering special room rates from the 15th to 31st of May.

Por tercera ocasión, ¡Vallarta se viste de fiesta! Se acerca ya, el evento restaurantero esperado por todos los residentes de Puerto Vallarta, así como por numerosos turistas que visitan nuestro destino.
Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week 2007, se llevará a cabo durante las dos últimas semanas del mes de mayo, y ha sido planeado especialmente, para disfrutar de los mejores platillos preparados por expertos chefs de reconocidos restaurantes de Puerto Vallarta, por los que usualmente se pagan precios estándar de mercado, pero que, exclusivamente durante estas dos semanas, podrán disfrutarse mediante el pago de una cantidad fija preestablecida de $149 ó $249 M.N. por persona, según el restaurante elegido.
El comensal, tendrá derecho a elegir un menú de tres tiempos disponibles en cada establecimiento, menú compuesto por una entrada, un plato principal y el postre. Y de cada tiempo, elegirá entre tres diferentes opciones.
El horario de servicio se regirá de acuerdo a la atención normal de cada restaurante, los que podrán ser reconocidos porque ostentarán de forma visible el logotipo del evento y que serán publicitados por conducto de los medios impresos y radiofónicos locales.
Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week 2007, es organizado por Producciones Viva, con el respaldo de la Asociación de Hoteles y Moteles de Puerto Vallarta, del H. Ayuntamiento de Puerto Vallarta, del Fideicomiso de Turismo de Puerto Vallarta, del periódico Vallarta Opina Milenio, de Grupo Radio Acir, y, desde luego, la entusiasta participación de treinta y seis restaurantes ampliamente reconocidos.
Del 15 al 31 de Mayo, nuestros visitantes podrán gozar del confort de algunos hoteles que ofrecerán tarifas especiales a sus huéspedes: Casa Las Brisas, Hacienda San Angel, Presidente Intercontinental, Marriott CasaMagna y Villa Premier.
Para gozar de éstas delicias gastronómicas, no se requiere invitación alguna, ni pases, ni tarjetas o boletos especiales, simplemente el cliente deberá presentarse en el restaurante de su elección y consumir sus platillos favoritos.
