If you are a full- or part-time resident or own property in Puerto Vallarta, you won't want to miss a special presentation by Lic. Rolo Romero, who will answer your questions about Mexican wills at the International Friendship Club House on Monday, November 23rd at 10:00 am.
There are a multitude of questions when you are a property-owner or live here in the Banderas Bay area either full of part time. Common questions include:
• What can I do to make sure my property and belongings goes to who I want to it upon my passing?
• Does my will in the US/Canada work in Mexico?
• Will the bank take all of my belongings when I die?
• I live alone in Puerto Vallarta. Who will handle my estate?
• I want my grandson in the US to receive my belongings when I die. What should I do?
These are just a few of the sample questions that I have received. Rolo is completely bi-lingual and will go over all of the above information and more.
