As HealthCare Resources continues our very well received "Heart Talks" series, we are proud to present Lynn Rogers, Ph.D speaking on Heart to Heart at 10 am on Friday, February 26, 2010 at Hospital Cornerstone, located on the south side of Plaza Caracol in the Puerto Vallarta Hotel Zone.
How we respond to a serious diagnosis/illness is as individual as our fingerprints. Whether you have just learned that you have high blood pressure, heart disease or cancer, these diagnosis and illnesses will have an impact and change the lives of those we love and who those that care about us.
Join Lynn as she explores ways to learn the factors influencing our experience of this, how to be prepared and the three things you should know before your next doctor's visit. As well, a tool or two for lowering your blood pressure and improving the quality of your life!
Lynn incorporates 30 years of experience as a licensed California therapist, life coach and ordained interfaith chaplain into her perspective and her work.
