Culinary Jam Session: A Night of Friends for Friends

Once again Puerto Vallarta's best chefs will combine their talents to participate in the "Culinary Jam Session" which will take place on Sunday, October 24th at 7:00 pm at the CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort. This fun-filled evening has become a fantastic charity event that directly benefits the local community.
All participating restaurants have achieved international recognition, this year attending restaurants include: Café des Artistes, Kaiser Maximilian, La Palapa, Vista Grill, Los Xitomates, Le Kliff, Thierry's Prime, Trio, Vitea and the CasaMagna Marriott Hotel.
With such an eclectic collection of restaurants, the menu will span a vast amount of international flavors. This will allow the attendee to become familiar with unique and exquisite styles of some of the best chefs Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
Not only will the night be filled with great food, but it will also have fun and entertainment with a musical jam session. A variety of musical groups will showcase their creativity in A Night of Friends for Friends.
If the music food and fun is not enough, there is still the real reason for the event: all the money received in tickets sales will be donated equally among four local charities.
The first is AGAPE, a shelter for abused young girls. Next is Arturo y los Hijos de Dios, an organization which helps people and families in poor conditions. After that is Becas Vallarta, an institution that helps children and young people from Puerto Vallarta with necessities to continue their basic and higher education, and finally there is Asilo de Ancianos San Juan Diego, a shelter for senior citizens.

Por quita ocasión en Puerto Vallarta el talento de los mejores chefs de la Bahía se reúne en el "5to. Palomazo Culinario" que tendrá lugar el domingo 24 de Octubre de 2010, a las 7:00 p.m. en CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & SPA.
Una noche inolvidable, donde además de disfrutar de una cena extraordinaria en la que podrá conocer los diferentes y exquisitos estilos de los Chefs participantes de los restaurantes Café des Artistes, Los Xitomates, Vista Grill, La Palapa, Kaiser Maximilian, Thierry's Prime, Trio, Vitea y CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & SPA, reconocidos músicos harán gala de su creatividad con un "Palomazo Musical" en un evento de amigos para los amigos.
Si lo anterior no fuera pretexto suficiente para una excelente velada, el total de los fondos recaudados por la venta de los boletos, será donado en partes iguales a cuatro causas sociales de la región: ÁGAPE, albergue para niñas que han sido maltratadas y abusadas; Arturo y los Hijos de Dios que brinda apoyo a personas y familias en condiciones críticas; Becas Vallarta, una institución de gran arraigo en nuestra comunidad que apoya a niños y jóvenes Vallartenses de escasos recursos a continuar sus estudios elementales y superiores y Asilo de Ancianos San Juan Diego.
Los boletos ya están a la venta y solo hasta los días previos al evento en cada una de las asociaciones beneficiadas, en Concierge del Hotel Marriott CasaMagna Puerto Vallarta Resort & SPA. El costo por boleto es de 600 pesos. Informes al teléfono (322) 226-0017.
