We welcome back our "snowbirds"! The rains are gone, the weather’s gorgeous and we are anticipating an outstanding high season. It was a bit difficult to actually make a schedule of clinics due to the multitude of activities going on throughout the Bay of Banderas in November!
For those returning, be sure and make sure you have proper insurance coverage, that you bring sufficient medications that you need and that you register online with your consular agent (US and/or Canadian.) We are happy to assist in any or all of the above. Send on the questions!

A Special Christmas Request
New Life Mexico provides a safe haven for boys living on the streets of the area. Each boy has a sad and very special story. They so deserve a Christmas with gifts, no matter the size. We have put together an individual "wish list" for each boy. The lists are small – from Matchbox cars to specific clothing articles. We ask that you reach in to your hearts and help to make this Christmas a little bit brighter for these boys. From The Heart Stuff
We need people who sew (or crochet-knit) that are willing to make receiving blankets and "lap blankets." These are for the Hospital Regional and for Casa de Ancianos (Senior Citizens Home).
Also needed: Glucometers, diabetic testing supplies, bandages, stethoscopes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, small hotel soaps, large bars of soap, children’s cough syrup, children’s Tylenol, anti-fungal foot crème, new or gently used newborn clothes, children’s book (preferably in Spanish), school supplies, NIDO powder (infant).
Again, it is with great anticipation we begin the high season here in our beloved Puerto Vallarta! Take care of yourselves and one another. Consider volunteering with a local charity – some type of thing that truly interests you. Don’t overdo it – enjoy it!
