Well, after 1 week I feel great! 10.5 pounds lost and on the road to a skinnier me... only 5 weeks to go.

The first week went mostly smoothly. The first day I was so busy and didn't listen to my coaches' advice, I waited too long between meals and felt a little dizzy but once I ate a half of orange, all was good!

The first night I went with friends to celebrate a birthday party and really didn't have to fight back the cravings too hard to have a margarita or my favorite meal. The hardest part is breaking the habits of doing things that were not the best for me but the hCG helps make that easier!

I have more energy and love to see my face change in the mirror to the person I know is in there.
