Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Things are really heating up here in the Banderas Bay region, so be sure to stay hydrated! No matter the weather, HealthCare Resources continues to offer health clinics throughout the summer months. (We will be vacationing in September.)
Some Summer Fun
As in the past few summers, I would like to hear from you if you are here all summer and would like to receive notice about various "outings" like going to the movies, sharing books, breakfasts or lunches, some painting together at Fireworks; whatever we can think up! Please let me know if you’d like to be on the email list for these summer activities (June-Sept.)
Summer Series (Health-Related)
Every Monday morning beginning mid-June, we will have a very informal chat with a healthcare provider/professional covering topics from Skin Care in the Summer to Spider Veins & many things in between. Notifications will be sent via email, so if you are here for the summer and would like to participate, please send me an email. (No charge)
Let’s Have a Chat
I am more than happy to schedule a time to sit down with you and have a chat about your healthcare needs. Insurance, choosing a physician – whatever you want to talk about! By appointment only. Let me know if you’d like to schedule.
Day Tripping
We are putting together some day trips to the Hacienda Jalisco in San Sebastian where it is cool and refreshing! Interested? Want to beat the heat for a day? Let me know and I will send details. As well, a great place to spend the night, and the food is delicious!

Ongoing Health Services at Discounted Prices
Colonoscopy, Endoscopy, Men’s Physical, Women’s Physical, Lab Studies, Diagnostic Studies
An FYI to clear up any confusion: When someone asks me for a referral to a physician, I do not make a commission on this referral. I do not work that way. My "contracts" are directly with each physician and includes a vast array of services to them. When I make a referral, oftentimes the price is discounted, and as well, I can nearly always get someone in right away, rather than a waiting period.
Hoping you will stay as cool as possible this summer. Drink lots of water. Stay in the shade. Wear light and cool clothing. We at HealthCare Resources highly recommend using a "Cooling Tie." These ties (that come in a wide variety of colors and fabric designs) have imbedded crystals, that when moistened, are activated and keep your neck cool for hours - which keeps your body temperature cooler. Email me for further information.
