Note: We will not be having the Skin Clinic or Mammogram Clinic in June as Dr. Velasco has gone to the World Cup! We will double up on these clinics in July.

Our audiologist, Dra. Christina Boover will be in Vallarta on June 20, 21 and 22nd. If you would like an appointment with her for a hearing test, hearing aid testing/repair, etc please email me as soon as possible as she fills up VERY quickly!

Our ENT physician will check your ears with his state of the art equipment. Lots of "gunk" can collect in your ears, especially here with the humidity and if need be, he will clean them out. Note: This is NOT a Hearing Clinic (see information regarding audiologist below)

Cardiology Clinic

Summer Stuff

We have a good sized list of people on our "Summer Stuff" group where I keep folks updated on a few activities we are doing during the summer months, from movies during the week (aahhhh – air conditioning!) to painting on Fridays at Fireworks, lunches, and an upcoming day trip to San Sebastian, among other fun things to do. If you are not on the list but would like to be, please do let me know.

Do you feel like you might spontaneously combust from the heat and humidity? Consider an overnight stay at the Hacienda Jalisco in San Sebastian! Special summer rates at this time!

Do you have Medicare or Medicare and a supplement? If so, your Medicare supplement might reimburse you for urgent medical care. I am happy to discuss this with you – let me know any questions. As well, seriously consider a good air evacuation policy. That way, should you have a critical medical situation, you would be able to be air evacuated back home (which is VERY expensive if you are paying out of pocket). Email for further information.

As well, if you are looking for health insurance coverage, we do not sell insurance but we do work with a wide variety of representatives are happy to assist you in finding the right insurance for you!
