Performed by an oncologist (not a dermatologist), he will examine your skin from your scalp to your toes looking for skin cancer.

Mammogram Clinic
November 13 and November 20, 2014
Cost: $920 pesos – PLUS members pay $820 pesos
Digital Mammogram, Ultrasound (if deemed necessary) and a manual exam. We work with a breast specialist (radiologist) and an oncologist. We will completely review your mammogram studies with you – so you are able to understand everything!

Vascular Clinic
November 14, 2014
Cost: $400 pesos – PLUS members pay $350 pesos
Have your blood flow evaluated by a vascular specialist including specific evaluation of legs (varicose veins, clots, etc.)

Foot Clinic
November 18, 2014
Cost: $300 pesos – PLUS members pay $350 pesos
Performed by a podiatrist, a complete evaluation of your feet.

Ear Clinic
November 19, 2014
Cost: $375 pesos – PLUS members pay $325 pesos
Performed by our ENT doctor, he will "look inside" your ears with his specialized equipment. He will also clean your ears if necessary.

Cardiac Clinic
November 21, 2014
Cost: $550 pesos – PLUS members pay $500 pesos
A cardiac evaluation (including an EKG) and consult. **We recommend specific lab work prior to the clinic, which we offer at a very good discount. Time to check that cholesterol!

Women's Clinic
November 25, 2014
Cost: $775 pesos – PLUS members pay $690 pesos
Pap smear and pelvic exam along with consult performed by our female gynecologist. **Optional lab work prior to the clinic available (hormones/thyroid) if you want to do that at a very discounted price.

Men's Urology Clinic
November 25, 2014
Cost: $700 pesos (PLUS members pay $650 pesos)
Bladder, prostate and urinary evaluation by a urologist. **Labwork recommended prior to the clinic at a special discounted price.

Eye Clinic
November 26, 2014
Cost: $400 pesos – PLUS members pay $375 pesos
Vision evaluation, eye pressure check (for glaucoma) by an ophthalmologist.

Other Stuff

We have an audiologist that comes once a month from the United States. If you need a hearing test, hearing aids/hearing aid repair, please contact me and I will coordinate an appointment for you. We have ongoing Complete Men's and Women's Check up's, Colonoscopy, Endoscopy. If you need any specific labwork, MRI, X-rays, CT scan – whatever – just let us know!

We work with a wide variety of bi-lingual, board-certified physicians of all specialties and handle the appointments for them. (Note there is never a referral fee!) Contact us if you are looking for a specific type of physician.

We have a large variety of people that we work with including acupuncture, acupressure, physical therapy, Hyperbaric chamber, Stem Cell, PRP – the works! Just send an email!

It is so very important to make sure you have the proper insurance coverage – whether it be a traveler's insurance, international insurance, air evacuation policy or a Mexican (private) policy. If you haven't been to Fireworks at Los Mercados, it's time! Paint your own ceramics (and I promise, no talent necessary) – time to work on those Christmas Presents. Bea (owner) will be offering some great events very soon! Tuesday November 11 and Tuesday November 16, 2014, Fireworks will be open until 8 pm! Grab a pal, have a glass of wine and paint, socialize and have fun! Friday, December 5, 2014 it is "Paint an Ornament (or two) Day." $50 pesos each, buy 4 and get the 5th one free. Friday, December 19, 2014 it's about making a Christmas embossed metal ornament day! "Repujado" is a Mexican art that is lovely... and addictive. For further information, please send me an email.

Every female deserves at least ONE great quality swimsuit that FITS! This is quite a challenge to find here in the area UNLESS you go to Curvas Peligrosas, where you can find a vast array of styles, (with extra-large suits too!) stylish top quality suits that won't fall apart after a couple of wearings/washings. Owner Robina carries suits for women who have had mastectomies, as well. You definitely want to have a great–looking swim suit (or two!) for the season. Email me for a map/further information.

Always needed: Bars of soap (hotel size too!), shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, school supplies, gently used clothing (all sizes/ages), shoes (gently used), receiving blankets, craft supplies. If you can spare a few items, please contact me for pick-up/delivery. Thank you!

Annual Thanksgiving Gathering at the Hacienda Jalisco in San Sebastian
You've never had a Thanksgiving like this – unless you have attended before! High in the Sierra Madre Mountains, enjoy the day, a complete Traditional Thanksgiving Menu with deep-pit turkey prepared by Joe, and some Mariachi music thrown in for good measure. We have guests who return year after year for this celebration. Email me for all of the details. (Transportation available.)
