Over 12,00 Bikers Expected at Motofiesta Guayabitos 2017

The 12th edition of the Motofiesta Guayabitos is set to take place from June 16-18, 2017 in the Riviera Nayarit, and the event organizers are confident it will surpass the more than 12 thousand attendees that showed up last year. Motorcycle clubs from all around the Mexican Republic have already confirmed their attendance, and hotels in Los Ayala, La Peñita de Jaltemba and Rincon de Guayabitos have indicated occupancy rates to be at 100% over the weekend thanks to the biker party, which features contests, massive rock and banda music concerts, contests, exhibits and more. Registration and souvenir sales begin Friday, June 16; the first games begin around noon, including the Slow Race and the Hotdog on the Laundry Line to name a few. The concerts will be held on Friday and Saturday from 6 pm to 1 am. Contests to find Mister and Miss Biker, the most souped up bike, the biker who traveled farthest and more will be held between the banda music presentations. The grand parade through the streets of the heart of the Riviera Nayarit will run from 5 pm to 6 pm on Saturday, June 17. The morning of Sunday, June 18, will be a peaceful one, with music and good byes to those returning home, along with a Suzuki exhibit at 10 am. The Rocky Horror Picture Show Auditions This Saturday

Let's do the time warp again! Do you dance and sing? Would you like to be part of Act II's highly-anticipated, biggest show of the year, The Rocky Horror Picture Show? If you would like to audition, come to the Act II Entertainment complex on Saturday, June 17 at 4:00 pm and bring a USB with your two songs and backing tracks with you. Act II is looking to cast the following characters: 'Brad', 'Rocky' and 'Riff Raff'. So you're not ready for a starring role? That's okay! They are also looking for chorus members and understudies for all of the roles! Understudies can use this opportunity to sharpen their stage skills and singing voices as part of the chorus.
