Frascati Bar & Grill to Open in La Cruz

One of the most prestigious restaurant chains in Mexico will soon be opening a restaurant on the main street of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, a picturesque fishing village on the shores of Banderas Bay.
Because of La Cruz's natural charm, its cobblestone streets, the beautiful indigenous houses with clay tile roof tops, its bay that serves as a safe heaven for ships, and especially because of the warmth and simplicity of its people, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle has attracted the attention of local and foreign investors.
These investors have come to La Cruz not only to develop housing complexes found to be irresistible by local and foreign buyers in search of a comfortable and better quality of life, but also to offer first class gastronomic choices from all over the world.

The owner, a well established entrepreneur and hotelier having once enjoyed living in La Cruz, fell in love with and saw its potential and decided to open his newest restaurant in this paradise of the North Shore.
Scheduled to open its doors on November 22nd, 2006, Frascati Bar & Grill will be located on Av. Langosta, the main street of this picturesque fishing village. The restaurant will offer a casual terrace environment with a tropical touch and will surely become a North Shore favorite.
Frascati's menu presents Italian specialties with a Tuscany region flavor, characterized by the wood oven and an open grill for customers to witness the preparation of the fresh fish and seafood dishes.
The Frascati Bar & Grill will also offer fine cuts of meat to be grilled exactly to your specifications, not to mention the freshest homemade pastas as well as a wide array of salads and the finest selection of imported wines.
The bar's atmosphere is very inviting and relaxed and will offer a variety of local and imported drinks, like the world famous Margarita, international martinis, tropical smoothies and daiquiris. Pacifico and Corona beer, two local favorites, will also be part of the bar's offerings.
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a quaint fishing village, located 20 minutes north of PV. All year round the local inhabitants are engaged in fishing activities. Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Bass and Marlin are among the local marine species. La Cruz is also known for its other local restaurants that offer a wide array of seafood.

 La cadena de Restaurantes Frascati y Argentilia ampliamente conocidos en la región del Bajío han seleccionado al poblado de la Cruz de Huanacaxtle para la construcción de su nuevo restaurante en Bahía de Banderas.
La Cruz de Huanacaxtle es un típico pueblo de pescadores a escasos veinte minutos al norte de Puerto Vallarta donde durante todo el año pescadores dejan esta pequeña caleta para salir a pescar variadas especies marinas como dorado, guachinango, vela, atún y marlin entre otras especies, el pueblo es ampliamente conocido por su variada oferta de restaurantes especializados en mariscos.
Frascati se unirá a finales de este año con una opción astronómica diferente en un ambiente fresco y casual para la cada vez más exigente demanda de este atractivo y original pueblo. La apertura de Frascati se tiene contemplada para este próximo 6º. De noviembre del 2006. El nuevo restaurante estará localizado sobre la calle Langosta avenida principal de ingreso de este pintoresco pueblo de pescadores.
El lugar tendrá un concepto de terraza-casual con ambiente tropical, un menú variado con especialidades italianas con sabores de la Toscana con su horno a la leña, un Grill a la vista de los comensales, mariscos y pescados frescos a la parrilla, y para los amantes de las carnes también se contara cortes finos al carbón, y por supuesto no nos puede faltar las pastas frescas con receta caseras así como una amplia variedad de ensaladas y vinos que sin lugar a dudas hará que Frascati se convierta en el lugar favorito para compartir de los residentes de la costa norte de la Bahía.
El área de bar contara con una amplia barra y mesas donde los clientes podrán disfrutar de margaritas, martines, smoothies y daiquiris, no podrá faltar las famosas cervezas Corona y Pacifico muy populares en la región.
