Puerto Vallarta - Marilyn Newman, a bilingual real estate specialist, has joined the Vallarta Division team for Prudential California Realty. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Marilyn has been living in Puerto Vallarta for the past 19 years.
After living in Marina del Rey, California for several years she set sail on a private sailboat, arriving in Mexico looking for a quieter lifestyle. Wanting to get back to more basic values, she chose Puerto Vallarta as her new home and has become, in her words, "Mas Mexicana que los nopales."
Marilyn has a wealth of experience and local knowledge in various facets of real estate sales and marketing. She has a proven track record in both commercial and residential sales, especially in the Southside area, enthusiastically embracing the eclectic architecture of Old Town and the diverse clientele found throughout Vallarta.
